Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, in their original packaging with tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase. To request a return, contact us at munazzatariq33@gmail.com. Returns must be approved before sending and shipped to the return address provided by us. Sale items, gift cards, personalized/custom products, perishable goods, and certain personal care or hazardous items are non-returnable. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can assist you.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, although your bank or card provider may take additional time to process it. Customers in the European Union may cancel or return their order within 14 days as permitted by applicable law.
